Alexia and Steve – Pimhill Barn
Pimhill Barn Wedding
Pimhill Barn is an unique and amazing place to hold a wedding. The barn is a huge open space, delightfully rustic and crossed with timbers that have supported the roof for centuries. It is also a blank canvas for couples to design their own Pimhill Barn wedding, and fill with their own decorations, which is exactly what Alexia and Steve did on their wedding day.
Preferring to keep everything in one place, Alexia and Steve also held their wedding ceremony at Pimhill Barn. Wedding ceremonies are normally conducted indoors, however as the weather was fine, the Registrars allowed the wedding to go ahead in the open sided extension attached to the barn.
After the ceremony, we were able to use the beautiful farmhouse gardens for family photographs and for the special first photographs of Alexia and Steve as a married couple.
I like the way the hessian and lace table coverings complement the shades of gold in the wedding rings.
She’s behind you!
The split-screen vintage camper van is too good a prop not to use.
We really love the way Alexia and Steve decked out Pimhill Barn, in a way making the old building the star of the show. Consequently, here are rather more than usual images showing the details of their efforts.
Below are some images of the beautiful gardens at Pimhill Farm.
After their first dance, Alexia and Steve got the party underway with a barn dance.
